Dc motors vs induction motor Applications

DC Motor

هي افضل من ناحية سهولة التحكم في سرعتها مقارنة باساليب التحكم في المحركات الحثية وتعطي مدى واسع

ايضا عزومها العالية خصوصا عند البدء

مقارنة بالمحرك الحثي

اكبر مشكلة هي وجود الكميوتيتور والفرش ..لذلك تحتاج صيانة اكبر وايضا اغلى من ناحية السعر

Induction motor

محرك اقوى ويتحمل العمل في ظروف شاقة

لذلك بالاضافة لانه ارخص وحاجته للصيانة اقل وبسبب اساليب التحكم التي تطورت فهو منتشر .

وحسب التقيم الاقتصادي

AWG in brief

معنى AWG

هي وحدة قياس امريكية تعبر عن قطر ومساحة الموصلات الدائرية
هي اختصار لـ American Wire Gauge
وهي تعبر عن سعة حمل التيار Apmacity بكل جداول الكود الامريكي ...
كلما صغر الرقم كلما دل على مساحة او قطر اكبر للموصل بعكس mm2
بمعنى موصل مساحتة 4AWG هو اكبر من موصل مساحته 10AWG
اكبر مقاطع بـ AWG هي 0000 or 4/0 وللمقاطع الاكبر يعبر عنها بوحدة اخرى تسمى Kcmil او circular mil
اذن KCMIL هي وحدة كبيرة مكملة للـ AWG وتستخدم مع المقاطع الاكبر .
circular mil هي المساحة لدائرة قطرها 1 mil اي 0.001 inch .
للتحويل من وحدات AWG او KCMIL الى MM او mm2 يمكن استخدام الجداول الموجودة بالكود الامريكي او بالمواقع
او يمكن من خلال المعادلة التالية

((sq mm=0.012668*92^((36-AWG)/19.5

طبعا مفهوم حتى 0 AWG
00 ==== consider it -1 in the equation
000 ==== consider it -2

and so on

قاعدة عامة تقريبية

sqmm = 2 KCMIL
